Laura wastewater pump sumps are factory-assembled, technically sophisticated complete systems for the safe conveyance of domestic and commercial wastewater. They are used wherever free drainage is not possible, for example in low-lying buildings, collection points, or decentralized drainage systems in residential and commercial construction.
The systems are available with tank volumes of 1.3 m³, 1.6 m³, and 3 m³ and can be equipped with one or two submersible pumps depending on requirements. Proven Grundfos SEG or KR1800 cutting wheel pumps are available as pump options. These pumps ensure the safe conveyance of wastewater containing solids and fibers, even under demanding operating conditions.
The pump shaft consists of a plastic tank made of 100 percent waterproof, high-quality, thick-walled plastic.
The telescopic cover allows the overall height of the shaft to be adjusted to the finished terrain, thus offering a high degree of flexibility during installation.
The system is equipped with guide rails and an automatic coupling system so that the pumps can be removed for maintenance work without entering the shaft. Stainless steel piping ensures high corrosion resistance and a long service life. An integrated fiber filter protects the pump hydraulics from clogging.
Control is via the L-A3X-K digital control unit, which takes over complete monitoring and regulation of the pumping station.
Level control is via an electronic level sensor, replacing conventional float switches and significantly reducing typical sources of interference.
Switch-on and switch-off points as well as alarm levels are parameterized digitally. During initial commissioning, the system performs automatic parameterization. An LCD display shows current operating data, the pump status, and the last five fault messages. The total operating hours of the pumps are recorded for maintenance planning.
