The Bakalar PumpS B-SP submersible pumps are characterized by their high-quality stainless steel construction, ensuring exceptional longevity and reliable operation even under the most demanding conditions. All critical components – such as the pump housing, shaft, pump discharge casing, suction strainer, and impellers – are made of stainless steel AISI 304, a material known for its corrosion resistance and strength.
The impellers are specially designed for pumping water with a high sand content. These pumps can effectively handle water with up to 150 g of sand per m³, making them particularly robust against abrasive media. They are ideal for pumping clean, thin, and non-aggressive liquids without solid contaminants or fibers.
These pumps are suitable for use in the industrial sector, commercial sector and agriculture, where harsh operating conditions are common.
Another key feature is the use of Franklin Electric motors. These motors guarantee maintenance-free operation and a long service life for the entire pump. The water-cooled design ensures uniform temperature control and excellent heat dissipation, further extending the motor’s lifespan. The motor is filled with a special water-based coolant, which is environmentally friendly and safe for operation.
The motor insulation complies with Class B, providing excellent resistance to thermal stress. Additionally, the IP68 protection class ensures the pumps perform reliably in extremely wet or dusty environments.
