The B-ATS-E 2CVE pressure booster system is a completely autonomous all-in-one solution for pressure boosting, which keeps the pressure in your line constant at all times. This pressure boosting system is a ready-to-connect, fully assembled and tested complete product, which consists not only of two multi-stage inline pumps, but also of a suction and pressure line, which is made of stainless steel, as well as a pressure vessel, pressure gauge and a non-return valve, which is mounted on the pressure side.

The inline pumps are equipped with a frequency converters, which adjust the pump performance to the current consumption through its speed control and thus protects the pump and consumes less energy. An external pressure sensor mounted on the pressure side controls the pump on the basis of the current pressure in the line and is therefore not susceptible to faults as there is no mechanical pressure measurement. The frequency converters are air-cooled and therefore offers high performance and reliability.

Furthermore the booster system is equipped with a main switch and the frequency converters are connected fully integrating each pump into the booster. Connecting the frequency converters and the pumps makes them work together and the master pump is switching between the two pumps, optimizing the usage of each pump. Furthermore the second pump is helping the master pump, if there is the need for a bigger amount of water at any given time.

The pump hydraulics are made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel and the base plate of the pump, including the suction and discharge flange, are made of gray cast iron. All components in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel. The mechanical seal of the pump is manufactured in a compact design and allows the mechanical seal to be replaced without having to dismantle the pump.

The pump's dry-running protection is also pre-programmed by the frequency converter, which intervenes directly in the event of a pressure drop in the line and thus protects the pump from damage.

The entire pressure booster system is mounted on a stainless steel base plate, which, with additional expansion joints, contributes to a reduction in vibrations and therefore quieter operation.

WiFi


Another function of our pressure boosting systems is the WiFi module, which gives you direct access to all operating data and settings via the IoT. You can access the pressure booster system at any time and from anywhere in the world (with an internet connection) and change the settings and retrieve the current operating data. This function is optional and requires the purchase of a WiFi module.
